In-Person Group Descriptions:

 

Tuesday:​

12pm – Peer Support Chat: Enjoy a discussion about anything that's going on with you, chat about interesting topics, and give and receive peer support. This is an open peer support group.

1pm – Creative Writing: Join us to spend time together responding to fun writing prompts and (optionally) sharing our writing with others, all while enjoying a playlist of songs selected by members of the group. All skill levels welcome!

2pm – Recovery Is Real: What does recovery "look like" to you? What do you think it means to be “in recovery”? How do we work towards recovery day-to-day? In this group we will discuss these questions and more.

 

Wednesday:​

12pm – Peer Support Chat: Enjoy a discussion about anything that's going on with you, chat about interesting topics, and give and receive peer support. This is an open peer support group.

1pm – Healing from Difficult Experiences: How do we heal when we have gone through something difficult or experienced trauma? What does the process of healing look like? This is a space to safely discuss the difficult experiences we’ve had, and explore our paths to healing.

2pm – Creative Questions: Give your mind something to “chew on” and get to know others in the community as we explore fun and interesting questions about ourselves.

 

Thursday:

12pm – Peer Support Chat: Enjoy a discussion about anything that's going on with you, chat about interesting topics, and give and receive peer support. This is an open peer support group.

1pm – Current Events: Do you love discussing and learning more about what’s going on in the world? In this group, we will take a look at some of the week’s top headlines, explore the news, and discuss how current events affect each one of us.

2pm – Arts and Music: Try out creative "drawing prompts" and (optionally) share drawings with others, all while listening to a playlist of tunes selected by group members. All skill levels welcome!
