For all stages of parenting: Kids left the nest?

It’s not uncommon to have had parenting issues surrounding your mental health challenges. These issues can haunt us for years, affecting both our relationships with our adult children and our feelings about ourselves. Facilitated by two veteran moms.

Thursday:

Beginning August 19:

10:00 am-10:50 am: 8 Dimensions of Wellness

The concept of the eight dimensions of wellness (physical, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, financial, environmental, social, and occupational) has been around for a while. We explore them in a course of 9 weeks . If you miss no more than two groups, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please contact Idony Lisle for details: idony.lisle@bmc.org; (617) 694-3275
