Wednesday:

10 am--10:50 am: Our Best Supporter

Sometimes our best support is wordless. Do you love animals? Have one as a companion, thinking about getting one, or grieving a loss? (In the interest of not triggering others, no explicit stories of animal cruelty, please.)

11 am-11:50 am:  Outsiders' Club

A group for those of us who don't fit into the dominant culture. Non-white? Queer? Grew up feeling like a freak? Come say hi.

12-12:50 pm:  Dual Recovery Anonymous

A 12-Step fellowship for those with both substance use issues and mental health diagnoses in their lives.

1--1:50 pm: Self-Esteem

Self-esteem is vital to your mental health, and few of us have enough. We will be using a workbook as a guide to our discussions. You are spiffier than you think--come explore why.

Thursday:

Beginning February 24:

10:00 am—11:20 am: STAIR

STAIR is a 5-week course for survivors of acute trauma (for example, sexual/domestic abuse, combat, accidents, hurricanes, etc.). Those completing all five weeks will get a certificate of completion.  Please contact Idony Lisle for details: idony.lisle@bmc.org.

Currently running:

10:00 am-10:50 am: 8 Dimensions of Wellness

The concept of the eight dimensions of wellness (physical, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, financial, environmental, social, and occupational) has been around for a while. We explore them in a course of 9 weeks . If you miss no more than two groups, you will receive a certificate of completion. Please contact Idony Lisle for details: idony.lisle@bmc.org.

12-12:50 pm: Dual Recovery Anonymous

A 12-Step fellowship for those with both substance use issues and mental health diagnoses in their lives.

1 pm--1:50 pm: Music Appreciation

Come prepared to share your favorite YouTube music video with others! Karaoke also welcome; talent is optional.

Sunday:

12-12:50 pm: Dual Recovery Anonymous

A 12-Step fellowship for those with both substance use issues and mental health diagnoses in their lives.

1 pm—1:50 pm Create!!

Create!! is a new Zoom group in which we spend an hour creating together and talking about our passions. Come draw, write, knit, bead, embroider and color with us!

2:00 pm--2:50 pm: Making Connections

This is a different type of peer support; a nice way to network and get to know peers very well. We answer engaging and fun "ice-breaker" questions and share stories.

NEW!-- 3:00--3:50: Everybody Wins!

We play online party games (Jackbox) and get our fun on! Yeah, there are scores, but don't worry about it.
