A 12-Step fellowship for those with both substances use issues and mental health diagnoses in their lives.

1:00 pm-1:50 pm: Making Connections (by zoom only)
This is a different type of peer support; a nice way to network and get to know peers very well.
We answer engaging and fun "icebreaker" questions and share stories.

Monday:

10:30 am-12 noon: NAMI Connection
Structured 90-minute support group run by peers who have been trained by NAMI.

12-12:50 pm: Dual Recovery Anonymous
A 12-Step fellowship for those with both substances use issues and mental health diagnoses in their lives.
The last Monday of the month is a speaker meeting, where somebody shares their recovery story.

1 pm-1:50 pm: Music Appreciation Group
Share music, which is important to you by YouTube, play the music instruments, or sing!

5 pm-5:50 pm: Our Best Supporter (by zoom only)
Sometimes our best support is wordless. Do you love animals? Have one as a companion, thinking about getting
one, or grieving a loss? (In the interest of not triggering others, no explicit stories of animal cruelty, please.)

6 pm-6:30pm: Outsiders' Club (by zoom only)
A group for those of us who don't fit into the dominant culture. Non-white? Queer? Grew up feeling like a freak?
Come say hi.

Tuesday:
12:00--1:30pm, by zoom only
Writing Workshop (The Story Only You Can Tell)
8 weeks of a writing workshop (Sign up Only)
